The sturdiness of the structure is obtained by applying tension to rails surrounding the windbreak, tightening the fabric uniformly. Once taut, the windbreak is highly wind-resistant.
A rubber cord is welded into the fabric hems and inserted into the aluminium side rails. These rails are available in multiple lengths, widths and thicknesses, allowing us to adapt to any situation. We calculate the tractive force for each project to determine the appropriate aluminium rails. We then apply tension to the side rails using ratchet tensioners. This tightens the fabric uniformly. For larger surfaces, we connect multiple windbreaks.

May absolutely no rain or wind penetrate the windbreak? Or do you prefer a more breathable fabric? We weld everything completely to order in our factory, allowing us to combine various types of windbreak mesh and tarpaulin. We strive to find the best solution for every project and application!
Our windbreak nets are available in multiple colours per windbreak factor, all fire retardant (flammability class M2).
